Rock Steady Concerts
Each week children have the opportunity to have additional music lessons with a Music Specialist. They form bands and learn to play together, learning how to listen to one another to create music together focusing on all musical elements as they learn a piece to perform. At the end of each term, each band performs in a concert for the rest of the school and the parents to enjoy. This enables all children at Oliver Tomkins to experience live music of different genres and develops their own musical learning.
