We teach Sythetic Phonics at Oliver Tomkins and use 'Sounds Write' as our primary scheme.

The children at Oliver Tomkins do not follow a specific reading scheme but have the opportunity to read a range of books and genres.  The school has Jelly and Bean, Oxford Reading Tree and Project X books available for the children and they read these alongside other texts.
